There is no "official list"; however, one can dig through the state statutes and find things that prohibit felons from carrying certain items.
Under federal law a felon may not possess any kind of firearm or firearm accessories.
No persons in Michigan may conceal a:
"dagger, dirk, stiletto, a double-edged nonfolding stabbing instrument of any length, or any other dangerous weapon, except a hunting knife"
No persons in michigan may possess a:
"blackjack, slungshot, billy, metallic knuckles, sand club, sand bag, or bludgeon"
"portable device or weapon from which an electrical current, impulse, wave, or beam may be directed, which current, impulse, wave, or beam is designed to incapacitate temporarily, injure, or kill"
For additional information, it would be best to contact your local Sheriff's Office.
If a ghost posses you, you wouldn't feel like yourself. You cant control your actions and emotions.
being a former federal fire arms license holder i can say that in the state of Georgia you cannot hunt with any firearm you can hunt with a bow or a crossbow and this is accectipable in most other states
Im not 100% sure. But in the case of hunting, as to what this is probably in regards to. If Someone is a felon, they cant posses any firearms. If someone in the car with that felon and the gun is registered to them then it shouldn't be a problem. I live in Wisconsin and as long as the gun is registered to that person who isn't a felon it wont be a problem. I hope. Other then that it will be fine. Hope this helped!
