I do not believe you can. I'm sorry. I do laud you for serving in the military. However, the VA requires proof that you served in the US Military (usually through a DD214 showing an honorable discharge) in order to claim benefits. The same goes for many veterans' organizations, such as the VFW (Veterans of Foreign War). You may be able to find a Filipino veterans group or charity, though, that might be able to help you out. Or you could always start a non profit group to help Filipino veterans.
