Yes. Actually a large o-ring between the adapter and block, and two smaller ones on the retaining bolt. You can pick up the set at your dealer for about $10. Have the Jeep's vin number with you and they can look up the right set. The single bolt holding the adapter on can be difficult because of the restricted space. It may be a torx, if so make sure you have the right size bit.
