We have no way of knowing which race has the most Autistic people.

Autism diagnosis is likely most common in the US, whereas it would be practically unheard of in less developed countries such as India or in countries where there may be stigma attached to neurological conditions such as South Africa. We also know that in the US minorities such as African-Americans are less likely to get diagnosed because of poverty - people cannot afford diagnosis, people cannot risk higher insurance rates for autistic people, and parents may be worried about shaming if they can't afford expensive autism treatments they're expected to buy into.

Diagnosis figures are all we have to go on to figure out how many Autistic people there are, but many Autistic people are not diagnosed, thus we can't make meaningful observations like this yet.

No.

To be more specific, Autistic Disorder is a hereditary disorder. It is speculated that environment has to do with the manifestation of the disorder and might change how the symptoms and their severity. If symptoms are mild enough, or the caregiver or doctor is abusive or negligent, a patient may not even be diagnosed, even though he has the disorder.

Individuals with Autism Disorder used to be placed into asylums, and I suppose in places that still do that, those individuals don't have kids.

In the United States of America, awareness of Autism Disorder has greatly increased, and many patients that at one time would been diagnosed with, say, mental retardation, are now diagnosed with Autism Disorder. Also, because the United States is more and more supportive of it's Autistic community, fewer Autism Disorder patients are being locked away as lunatics or left on the street to die.

So, naturally, Americans ought to have the highest amount of "autistics."

Unfortunately, "American," when used to refer to the United States, is not a race, so you're SOL.

yes black

Autism is NOT more prevalent among any particular race, creed or colour. What has been discovered through recent research, however, is that African American children tend to be diagnosed later than white children with Autism. Please see the link attached for more information.

We have absolutely no way to tell which race is more likely to have Autistic people.

At present Autism is under-diagnosed, as a diagnosis criteria has changed dramatically over the past few decades we're only now reaching a point where we could even begin to start identifying all those who are Autistic. Autism is now more commonly diagnosed in children thanks to increased awareness, however there are many people who are not diagnosed. In certain communities diagnosis may be lacking as autism may present differently in different cultures, some cultures would prevent diagnosis due to stigma, and certain minority groups are more likely to live in poverty so less likely to be able to seek formal diagnosis. Until more Autistic people can be diagnosed we can't even begin to consider who is more likely to be Autistic or how common autism is.

We can't say whether Autism is more common in specific races - yet.

Although more people than ever are being diagnosed, Autism is under-diagnosed in some racial groups because of stigma or because poverty in certain racial groups prevent access to diagnosis. Until more people are diagnosed on a regular basis we can't determine if Autism is more common in a specific group. As it is more white people are diagnosed than any other group, and black people have the lowest rate in Autism diagnosis, but as explained above this is due to social/cultural factors.

Does asthma affect specific populations of people?

We don't know if Autism is more common in one race in particular. Currently figures show higher rates in white people but this is not to say that white people are more likely to be autistic, this is simply because white people have better access to assessments to get a diagnosis and culturally there will be less stigma in white communities against people with neurological conditions.

Can autism be inherited sexually?

It cannot be acquired sexually. However, it can be inherited genetically. While all direct causes for autism are not completely known, there are some studies that indicate that parent with particular autism or autism-like symptomology can contibute to the likelihood that autism will surface in their children, thus establish a possible link to inheritability of autism or autism spectrum disorders. There are links to reelin gene mutations that also give rise to autism as well.
