Yes but it is only half the width of a human hair so you cant get in it but maybe later it could get larger. It uses a vertex of light like a black hole and makes a spiral. So when you drop something in to it it goes faster than th light barrier and goes back or forward throug time. But if you turn it on and leave it on for 20 sec. you could go 20 sec. back or 20 sec. ahead. Same with turning it on and leaving it on for 100 years.
