You can return it to have it repaired under the recall at no cost to you for the recall.
Your o2 sensors are on the exaust manifolds, if you slide under the truck with a flashlight and look up at th manifolds were they come out of the engine you will see each manifold has a sensor, also check with your Toyota dealer, because there was a recall on these sensors that melted in to the manifold. They replaced mine for free.
There is no recall for the Toyota 4runner transmission. Some Toyota's have had break problems that may have started the recall rumors on some Toyota products but, there is no recall for the Toyota 4runner transmission.

According to toyota.com, http://www.toyota.com/recall , the 2009 and 2010 Rav4 were a part of the recent recalls. This model was involved in the sticking accelerator pedal recall, but not the floor mat recall.
