Yes behind a panel on the passenger side of centre console, three screws remove it to reveal the matrix heater pipes and two relays disguised with black rubber covers. Don't trust the Haynes manual diagrams to check the relays, use the diagrams the manufacturer put on their sides. I managed to pull the relay apart and free the coil so it would slide up and down again but it's recommended you get a new replacement.
there could be a lot of reasons why you a/c doesn't work i have never seen a bad rely on this one. some cars have a float switch in the freon resivoir if it's not filled it won't turn on.(this is good because if running empty your compressor is burned) Carefull here the previa a/c hoses leak and rot under carrige I found tree leaks on mine 8mm hose fits 5/16 compression union. You'll have to fill it Freon and check for leaks. Good luck this could get expensive.
.....still lookin'

Under normal conditions, brake lights do not go out all at once. It is more likely a stop light fuse or a brake light switch. Stop light fuse is located in the fuse compartment located in the center of the console, above the radio. The brake light switch is located at the base of the brake pedal.
