Not really. Only Christianity supports Jesus as an avatar of their god. Other Abrahamic religions such as Islam use him as a prophet, some just don't mention him (Judaism). Eastern religions have an entirely different base of supernatural beings of which the Jesus character is missing, in re same way that Vishnu is missing from Christianity.
