There is no battery reset.
This just happened to me today- connect the battery, put your key in the drivers side door, lock then unlock. That's it.
Most remotes from 90 on require you to hold down both unlock and lock buttons for 7 seconds to reset remote after changing the battery.
Disconnect the battery for about 20 seconds.
