The answer would get very philisophical and discussion through all of the aspects of life. The answer is more or less living by an ethical and moral code. Some people would argue that I am wrong in what I believe but it is up to you. I personally think that the bible's ten commandments sum it all up even if someone isn't Christain. The ability of choice is what many people have fallen over as they choose bad things that are against the law.

There is never a wrong time to do the right thing?

Technically there isn't. Even if it is late, the right thing can still be good. But, it is difficult because in life timing is everything. For example, in music the right notes played at the wrong time are still wrong notes. The same is true for life in general. Many times, the right thing at the wrong time can still be wrong.

Is there anything morally wrong and why is it wrong?

yes, there is. Some would argue that the taking of life (killing someone) is morally wrong. A counter-argument might be if in self-defence, the taking of a life might be morally right, since it preserves another's life. However, this does not contradict the point that the taking of a life is still morally wrong. Indeed, the taking of a life can be both morally right and morally wrong.
