I'm sure there must be, but off the top of my head I can only think of oppositely-gendered versions: "Jessie's Girl" and "Is She Really Going Out With Him."
"You Belong with Me" is kind of close, but if I recall properly the other girl in that song is not a particular friend of the singer (as opposed to the guy in the song, who pretty clearly is).
