No credible scientific evidence has ever been presented that spells, magic and vampires are real; ergo, there is no way to do this.
Literature-based answer:
In fiction, there are examples of humans using magic to become a vampire, but there're no examples of a human turning into a vampire hybrid that retains human characteristics during the day and assumes vampiric characteristics at night.

No, only if you are bitten by a vampire. There are no such things as spells. But vampires can turn you into vampires. But half vampires can't because they aren't venoumas. I would know..............because i am one.
