I want to get an engine upgrade on mine....do you know anything about that?

Reliant Robins do not have 50cc engines ! They are either 478cc or 848cc.
Have to remove chain links, there is no chain adjustment
unless the current cable doesn't move freely - no.
I think your asking how to restrict the speed of a 50cc. mini bike, you can do this with the throttle cable, adjust the cable to only open the carburetor 1/2 (half) way. If you mean how to UN-restrict the bike, the usual way is with a throttle stop, simply loosen the cinch nut and back off the stop until you achieve full throttle, and retighten the cinch nut.

indeed you do ... u need a licence for anything that has more then 50cc most of the 50cc engines are actually 49.9cc because as long as it is under 50 cc u do not need a licence... that also applies for boats indeed you do ... u need a licence for anything that has more then 50cc most of the 50cc engines are actually 49.9cc because as long as it is under 50 cc u do not need a licence... that also applies for boats
no, it has to have the right diameters for the intake and air filer, also has to have the correct jet and throttle linkage
on 5occ - 150cc gy6 qmb or qmj engines the rev limiter is part of the cdi programming.
attach a 10mm socket to an electric drill and place it onto the flywheel nut. start drill while giving it a bit of throttle and it should start up.
