A few Old Testament scriptures speak of peace being given BY God:

-God made a 'covenant of peace' with Phinehas at Numbers 25:10-12

-God 'bestows peace' on Solomon's reign at 1 Chronicles 22:9

-God promised 'peace' to those who observed his commandments at Proverbs 3:1+2

and assured Israel of peace if they were obedient at Isaiah 48:18

But the only place I could find the term 'peace of God' was at Philippians 4:7 in the New Testament where it says: "And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Where in the Bible does it say be careful what you let enter into you mind?

"Always be full of Joy in the LORD. I say it again - REJOICE! Let everyone see that you are considerate in all you do. Remember, the LORD is coming soon. Don't worry about anything; instead, PRAY ABOUT EVERYTHING. Tell God what you need, and thank Him for all He has done. If you do this, you will experience God's Peace, which is far more wonderful than the human mind can understand. His Peace will GUARD YOUR HEARTS and MINDS as YOU LIVE IN CHRIST JESUS."And now, dear brothers and sisters, let me say one more thing as I close this letter. FIX YOUR THOUGHTS ON WHAT IS TRUE and HONORABLE and RIGHT. THINK ABOUT THINGS THAT ARE PURE and LOVELY and ADMIRABLE. THINK ABOUT THINGS THAT ARE EXCELLENT and WORTHY OF PRAISE. Keep putting into practice all you learned from me and heard from me and saw me doing, and the PEACE OF GOD [which 'guards your mind'] WILL BE WITH YOU." (Philip.4:4-9 NLT New Living Translation)(WEY Weymouth's New Testament - verse 7): "And then the PEACE OF GOD, which transcends ALL OUR POWERS OF THOUGHT, will be a garrison TO GUARD YOUR HEARTS and MINDS IN UNION WITH CHRIST JESUS."(same verse - WNT William's New Testament): "Then, THROUGH YOUR UNION WITH CHRIST JESUS, the PEACE OF GOD, that surpasses all human thought, WILL KEEP GUARD OVER YOUR HEARTS and THOUGHTS.""PEACE I leave with you, MY PEACE I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. LET NOT YOUR HEART BE TROUBLED, neither LET IT BE AFRAID..." (John 14:27 KJV)(same verse - WEY): "PEACE [of mind and heart] I leave with you: MY OWN PEACE I give to you. It is not as the world gives its greetings that I give you Peace. Let not YOUR HEARTS be troubled or dismayed."(same verse - WNT): "I now leave you the BLESSING of PEACE, I give you the BLESSING of MY OWN PEACE. I Myself do not give it in the way the world gives it. Stop letting your HEARTS [and unguarded minds] be troubled or timid."The Spirit of God in one's mind and heart [or absence thereof] IS THE TRUE GUARD of which the question poses.

Can you say that God of the Bible is good and Demiurge is the bad God?

This is not an entirely accurate statement of the Gnostic Christian belief about the nature of God. They could not believe that the harsh and unjust God of the Old Testament was the same as the loving and forgiving God of the New Testament, so they believed there must be two gods. The God of the Old Testament became the Demiurge, while the supreme God is the God of the New Testament. Thus, God of the New Testament is good and the Demiurge, the God of the Old Testament, is the bad God.
