The government in England is currently a coalition between the Conservative Party and the Liberal Democrat Party with the Prime Minister being David Cameron and the Deputy Prime Minister being Nick Clegg. The duty of a Deputy Prime Minister is to assist the Prime Minister in decisions, press conferences and also to be acting Prime Minister should the Prime Minister be absent from the country.

∙ 10y agoNo. England is a monarchy, not a republic. So it has a monarch, not a president. It therefore does not have a vice president either. The monarch is Queen Elizabeth II.
