if it is a visible fan (not buried to deep within the chassis) try using the suction hose from a hoover to suck dust and debris out.
Alternatively you can use compressed air to blow debris out, however you should be aware that this can potentially force it further in to the machine.
It has to come apart to do a thorough job.
Use a toothbrush to clean out the xbox vents, then use an air hose to clean out the inside.

No for best results the Carburetor needs to be removed and completely disassembled. This helps in cleaning out the jets and small passages, Recommended to be done by an experienced mechanic in that field.
Use q-tips, a feather duster, or a damp cloth. Otherwise don't be lazy or scared to unscrew the bottom and clean out any dust, dirt, or grime. It's more fun than cleaning a lawn mower.

Drain out engine oil out, replace oil plug at the bottom of engine, pour in same amount of diesel let it stand 10mns, drain it and refill with engine oil.
