It's not possible to get Microsoft Points without paying unless you win a giftcard through a raffle or a contest. Any other options that you may find on the internet are usually illegal and could get your account banned.

Microsoft Points are registered through code onto one account, and the only way transfer would be possible would be if you had, say, 800 points, and you choose to close your account; the system would ask you if you wanted to transfer the points to another account, and you would enter the other account's information and the points will be transferred, but your account will be terminated.
