*put 2 teaspoons of cayenne powder in with some water. and gargle. dont let it get in eyes. stir alot it likes to settle at bottom of glass.
*this wont cure but it helps: use sore throat numbing spray by: 'cepacole' it makes throt feel weird at first. but helps minutes lata
note: cough drops help

∙ 13y agoStrep throat is a bacterial infection that can be cured with a round of antibiotics from your doctor, typically 3 to 5 days. Also, please make sure to finish all of the antibiotics prescribed to you by your doctor. Don't just stop taking them when you feel better.
Throat spray or hot herbal tea can help the throat pain, and OTC pain/fever reducers may help you feel more comfortable especially if you have a fever.
