just about impossible
first you would have to know gun maker: colt, remington, springfield then model or type (rifle, carbine, pistol) then caliber and last, serial number. next, look up forums on internet for that gun maker and go from there............
Usually not possible. More than one gun can have the same serial number.
Record the serial number then contact the company. Using the serial number they can tell you the year it was made.
You can contact Adobe and they will send you your serial number. You may need a purchase proof. Using the another serial number is illegal.
Finding a laptop using the assigned serial number is impossible. Physical access is needed by use of software like LoJack.
With serial number 703110 and model number 20670 can u tell me what I have for a boat??
Impossible to do for a civilian.

The LBDXXXXX serial number was designated for the Colt AR-15A3 Tactical Carbine (AR6721) post ban. Pre-ban version had the BDXXXXXX serial numbers. (there less than 200 of those released). Colt started using the LBD serial numbers late 1995/ early 1996. The "L" was soley for the Law Enforcement Restricted models that had the "Restricted, Military/Government Law Enforcement/Export Use Only" roll marks on the magazine well.
I HAVE A OUTBOARD C150ztXRU
1994 based on using the 2000 minus the first 2 digits of the serial number. Explained on the marlin forums
Not possible. There is more than one gun with the same serial number, some guns were made with NO serial numbers, and data does not exist to translate SN to make/model.
