I have no idea why you and your ex split-up, but if he loved you then he wouldn't be dating your girlfriend. Since they are in love with each other then it's best to move on from both of them! It's not a good idea for your girlfriends to date your former boyfriends. When I was younger there was code that quietly went around and none of us dated ex boyfriends. It can break-up a good friendship and no guy (or girl) is simply worth it. Hanging around the two of them will only give you more pain and it will take longer to heal your heart. It's time for you to move on. Start going out with friends and try to enjoy yourself and free yourself up so you can meet the right person that should be in your life. Good luck Marcy
