Is there a word for my being extremely right-handed most of the time but i am strongly left-handed when doing asymmetrical two-handed tasks?

No, they cannot. The ability to dual-wield twohanded swords is exclusive to Fury Warriors, who take the talent "Titan's Grip" to be able to do so.
