No. Abraham Lincoln, 16th US President, has been on the US $5 bill since 1914. In 1929, all forms of US paper currency were standardized, so that Lincoln appeared on the $5 Silver Certificate, United States Note, and Federal Reserve Note.

(He has also been on the penny, the US cent, since 1909.)
