There is indeed many apps that can edit pictures like picnik. I don't think picnik has an app yet, but I have always used an app called Labelbox, or Live FX lite/pro, Highlightcam, Or picture magic. If you would like to look at more apps like these, select categories in the iTunes app store, then click Photography.
You combine pictures by making a "collage", and by controlling the "kookiness". So go to collage and put the amount of pics you want to put in.Then control the kookiness(it actually says kookiness) and then edit them if you want....(:

Yes, but unfortunately only the 4th generation iPod touch can.
noBut, you can record videos if you have the 5th generation. (iPod Nano)
you're making a folder on your computer, called "IPod pics" or whatever u want it, then you copy all pics you want on your IPod into this folder. Then you're adding pics as you get them to this folder. Then you sync this entire folder. if later on you forgot a pic or something then u just add that picture onto that same folder "ipod pics" and then you have to sync the folder which delete your photos from your ipod but the photos are also in your "ipod pics" folder so then it will delete and them reupload the pics u already have and the new ones. --for more info just go on google or if it about not understanding my writing them message me on facebook! my facebook name is "Yawn Heh" withour the " of course so good luck!
To erase pics from an iPod touch all you have to do I'd erase them from the directory on the computer from which you uploaded them to your iPod and they will be erased from the iPod at next sync.
