The electric fuel pumps are usually INSIDE the fuel tank. There is an access opening in the front of the tank above the axle.
There is a sticker on the inside of the trunk on the trunk hinge.
drill the lock and push in, lift open the trunk door
On a 1996 Lincoln Continental : If you mean the fuel pump inertia switch ( shut off switch ) I believe it is behind an access door in the trunk liner on the drivers side of the trunk ( beside the air suspension shut off switch , if equipped )
You can open the trunk and door with a key and then pull the hood lever when you have access to the inside of car.

The lock is behind the Lincoln emblem on the trunk. Or press the lockable trunk release button on the inside driver door panel.
look at manuel or on hinges in trunk
by taking door panel off
Remove the door panel and then you get access to the speaker
