No there is not a complete bolt on kit. Scarebird LLC makes brackets that require 95-97 Ford Crown Vic Rotors and 88-91 GM 1/2 Ton Truck Calipers. AAJ Brakes also has a similar product and looks promising. But both require machining. So if you're hoping for a simple straight forward conversion like the one's Eastwood or Wilwood make you're out of luck.
Check the fuse, check the bulbs, check the brake light switch, in that order.
fuse, bad turn siginal switch, bad bulbs, bad bulb socket, bad brake light switch mounted under the dash at the brake peddle.
