If it is then it is plugged. Remove the front 02 sensor and drive it. If there is significant power change then you cat is plugged. Time to change all 3 bearings. I just did it on my 1998 Tahoe with 200K miles. Not a easy job for your joe the average home mechanic. cost, about $750.00

You need to replace the wiper module. A few years ago GM issued a recall on these. Check with you local dealer to see if you car qualifies. If not it is an inexpensive and easy do it yourself fix.

there are more than just one o2 sensors on a 02 tahoe. they are lacated in the exhaust pipe before and after the catalytic converter. and yes they are easy to replace.

plugged fuel filter is the cheap and easy fix. the expensive and difficult answer is the catalytic converter is shot. with my luck, it's the cat.

check the tyres, it should tell you the size there - failing that check out halfords - they have an easy to use replacement parts "will fit" system. think mine were 13" but always best to check
check it frequently to make sure it's working properly. make sure it's plugged in and motor functions when rising water level makes the float turn the motor on and that float returns to proper position to turn water off. All functions are easy to check on and parts easy to repair.
