Yes, you can change the diode configuration. a diode will only let electricity flow in one direction. See also Delta- Y, and whetstone bridge.
A forward reverse star delta is a two in one motor starter where a motor first runs on star connection and then changed to delta connection after a time which has been set. The motor direction can be changed, whether forward or reverse
Just swap two of the phases over. <<>> Care must be taken when swapping wires on a star delta system. Reversing the wrong set in the motor box and getting the wrong wires could accidently reverse the wrong set of windings. This would cause the star magnetic to be rotating in the correct rotation and then when it switches to delta the motor tries to reverse causing a locked rotor condition and spiking the voltage very high and hopefully tripping the overload protection. The correct place to swap the two legs is at the supply side of the star contactor.
A star winding has a red yellow and blue phases. The centre point of every stay winding is used as d nuetral point. Hence the star winding in a transformer enables a nuetral point.
it is the mathematical analysis which shows relationship b/w various resistors connected in star or delta form's using the transformation process we can convert delta into star or viceversa
In manual star delta starter, the change over from star to delta does not happen automatically. The operator or user puts on the starter, and after few seconds he pushes a lever or handle to change over to Delta. In automatic method, change over happens from star to delta using an automatic preset timer.

YES!!!
Star has one red, one yellow, one blue and neutral phases seperatelly. Delta has all four in sequence, combined.

A star-delta motor should be supplied star-delta.Wye is simply another name for star. Star-delta motors use a star or wye configuration to start, and a delta configuration to run. This reduces the voltage on the windings during the high current starting time.
230/400 V These motors can be connected in star to a mains of 400 V between the phases (see figure 1). figure 1 Star connection 400/695 V These motors should be connected in delta to a mains of 400 V between the phases (see figure 2).
If the motor is connected to a VFD the conductors of the motor need not be changed. The phase reversal can be done with the VFD's internal circuitry.
Check your Delta connections first if the phases is corresponding, and check your Circuit Breaker if it sufficiently rated.
If one phase becomes damaged or open, the remaining two phases can still deliver three-phase power but at a reduced capacity. It is refered to as an open delta.
In star each phase is 120 degree apart in delta angle between phases(R,Y,B) are 60 degree so star connection draw low current.
The Delta Star was created in 1983.
