Lots. The toast is bread, made from wheat flour, which is high in carbohydrates, and perhaps some egg, which contains protein. The jam is made with fruit and sugar. Sugar is PURE "simple" carbs, and fruit is substantially complex carbohydrate-based as well.

Does anyone want any toast?

No thanks, just eaten I'm sure someone, somewhere, would love to have some toast. I'd settle for tea, myself. I pledge a toast to the toaster that toasted the toast this morning, because if the toaster didn't toast the toast this morning then you wouldn't be asking if anyone wanted toast :) "Look, I don't want any toast, and he doesn't want any toast. In fact, no one around here wants any toast. Not now, not ever. No toast." Speak for yourselves, I would love some toast, have you got any jam?
