Yes, there are many (well meaning?) charlatans selling CURE in India as elsewhere- because young stammerer is often very desperate and poorly informed. Sitting ducks.
If you are in a metro city - find a Good speech therapist. If elsewhere, Google and read all the free resources available on line and join a self help group.
