There are many chatrooms online for gay teens. The danger is that there are people who pose as teens, when in fact they are predators. So the caveat you always hear has to be followed; meet in very public places, bring a friend, don't give out traceable, private information. These people have all kinds of time and can even track you down from the HS name you give them etc. All they often need is a first name and some sort of real place.

Gay boys especially are 'targets' for predators. Often we'll go to a trusted figure like a coach, priest, uncle and whomever....just to wind up being their victim. Keep your smarts about you, to prevent these scenarios! Hook-up places online are typically 'adult' in orientation and no matter how mature you think you are, you are pandering to potential trouble. If you're 18yrs old and like older men, fine, but don't trash yourself. If you are younger than that and attracted to older men, just wait a few yrs.

No there are not legal sites for 11 year olds. They are below the age allowed to view pornography. And they are under the age of consent for sexual activity. The US laws requires someone to be at least 13 to reveal personal information on the internet.
