i wouldn't go for dieting pills they are so bad for you and can have great disadvantages. I have been properly dieting and I have gone from a size 16 to a size 8 in just a few months. but if your that desperate and lazy even though they won 't work I know they sell them in a lot of shops and chemists and in argos

Ask your doctor. Diet pills, especially ones with ephedrine, can cause serious problems in people with undiagnosed Heart disease. Just because you can buy something over the counter doesn't mean it's always safe. Xenadrine was just recently pulled by the FDA for a black box warning,
