Maintenence on a supercharger is to check the oil level every 30,000 miles or 36 months.
CAUTION:do not remove the oil plug when engine is warm.Removing the oil plug at warm engine temperatures can cause hot oil to overflow.this could result in oil lossand possible personal injury.
Notice: the oil level should be maintained to the bottom of the plug threads.Do NOT use petroleum based oil. When adding oil use GM part #12345982 synthetic oil.Failure to do so may cause supercharger failure.
Remove the wiring harness shield to access the oil plug.
