There isn't really a new POKÉMON, but there are like 5 new forms of Rotom, which can be changed at will at the Rotom event in Pokémon Platinum. Also, theOrigin Form of Giratina (which he is if you catch him at PKMN Platinum, has item to revert) and the Sky Form of Shaymin (only can bechanged with the key item Glacida Flower between 7am and 8pm). However, those forms will only work at Platinum and the items will temporarily disappear when you trade, as well as the other form disappears.
