Yes but do not do this!!!! This kills the flow of blood and oxygen to your brain and gives you brain damage and you don't "sleep" you pass out because your brain has been starved of oxygen and blood. So basicly everytime you do this you kill brain cells and in a way make your self dumber.

How do you have OOBE?

People report out-of-body experiences (OOBE) while dreaming, during near-death experiences, or through relaxation techniques such as meditation.Steps:1.Ready your mind and body. Choose a quiet place you find relaxing.2.Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down. Many people choose to lie down on their backs, but be forewarned that temporary sleep paralysis is more likely in this position if you do fall asleep.3.Affirm to yourself that you are going to have an out-of-body experience. Say to yourself "Mind awake-Body Asleep" or "I will have a lucid dream." Repeat this several times until it is the only thought left in your mind.4.Close your eyes and relax. Become less conscious of your external surroundings.5.Allow yourself to almost fall asleep. Actually sleeping would defeat the purpose. Instead, let yourself drift close to sleep while concentrating on being conscious of your sensations and mental state.

How long does it take for a human body to fully fall asleep?

I have heard that it takes your body a complete 2 hours to fall asleep. but im not sure of this information. An average tired person should take between 20 - 30 minutes to fall asleep. If it takes you shorter than this, you're overtired and should consider changing your sleep schedule. If longer, consider exercising more or setting your alarm so you wake up earlier and have longer to tire yourself out.
