There are some periods during the fast period of Great Lent (the period prior to Easter, and the strictest fast period in the church year), when eating fish is prohibited, as well as wine and oil. This would be especially true for the first and last week of the fast period.

Are there any eating restriction for the pentecostal religion?

In my experience with Apostolic Pentecostals, there is no dietary practices or beliefs that are peculiar to the denomination or church group. Abstention from alcoholic drinks is really the only thing that I know of, and that is just because the Bible teaches us that drunkenness is not pleasing to God, and that it leads to recklessness and further sin.

Can you eat eggs and fish together if Mormon?

Of course. Members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (the "Mormon" church) are expected to follow a heath code called the "Word of Wisdom" which prohibits addictive substances (alcohol, tobacco, coffee, etc) and encourages more whole grains and less meat. There is no restriction as to what foods can be mixed or how they should be cooked. Although eating eggs and fish together sounds disgusting, there is no religious reason for not eating them together.

Is bulimia the same as fasting?

not at all. fasting is restriction of food, while bulimia is an eating disorder characterized by binge/purge episodes. that means eating a high amount of calories in a short amount of time, then unnaturally releasing it from your body, either by induced vomiting or abusing laxatives.
