Although sleeping pills are not a reccomended way to help the come down from adderal, i find it it works quite well. I always try to take Adderall about 10 hours before I plan on going to bed; so I take adderall at noon and then i take Tylenol pm at about nine; by the time I am coming down I am so sleepy I just fall asleep. I am therefore, in essence, skip the dreadful symptoms of the come down from adderall.
