Tylenol can kill dogs and cats. Aspirin and ibuprofen are not safe to self dose either.
I would not administer anything for pain to your pet without your veterinarian's consent and recommendation.
If you are breeding your pets please ask your vet what you can use during her labor to help (there are medicines) and what to do if there are complications during her labor.
There are also some fantastic books you can get on this topic.
NEVER give your dog Tylenol or Motrin, only aspirin!!! I repeat never anything but aspirin!! Tylenol is toxic!!
anything with Acetaminophen (Tylenol).
NO,NO,NO!!! A dog can be killed with this human pain killer!! Sodium Naproxium / Aleve. Is way too concentrated for dogs!! CONTACT YOUR VET BEFORE YOU GIVE THEM ANYTHING! But I believe 1/2 a Tylenol is better. Of course it depends on breed size too! Are talking about a Chihuahua or a Great Dane??? 1/4 Tylenol for a Tiny Chihuahua, But again any reputable vet will give you the correct answer for your breed. Better still don't use human medication for your dogs safety till you vet says o.k.
Give him some tylenol. My doctor recomends this.
No. Tylenol is toxic to dogs.
No.
You can't give a human medication to a dog without permission from a veterinarian. Go to your vet, and they can give you allergy medication for your chihuahua.
No...the dosage may be too much for a chihuahua to handle. Your vet can give you the right dewormer and dosage for your chihuahua's weight.
if you read the side of the bottle it will have the weight of the baby and how much tylenol to give him or her
i wouldn't give a chihuahua aspirin unless prescribed by a veyto do so,so i would wait until i go to the vet
The only medicine that I have given my 24 month old is Tylenol or Motrin, I have never given him anything else.
What does your Vet say?
