Millions upon millions of people around the world live in deserts and the
vast majority (over 99%) live in cities and towns where food is readily
available in stores and markets or restaurants. I live in the Chihuahuan
Desert and have a Wal*Mart SuperCenter a half mile from my home where I
can purchase nearly any food I desire. There are also a number of
restaurants and fast food establishments within a short walking distance
of my home. For those who live far from a town or city, many of them grow
at least part of their own food and purchase other food items when they
make an occasional trip into town to stock up on supplies.
My home also has indoor running water but I am also able to purchase
bottled water at the Wal*Mart close to my home. The same is available to
most others who live in deserts.
Animals die in the desert because...They die from the heat, not enough water and not enough food.

Not if you take along enough water and food and are properly dressed.
From the moisture in its food and sometimes small puddles. It can also go a year or so without water.
yes if they didn't have water in the desert but most the time no yes if they did not have enough food to eat
All organisms need water to live. However, some desert animals do not drink water. They are able to get enough through metabolizing their food.
Yes, deserts have just enough water to be classified as a desert. If a desert received too much water over a number of years it would no longer be a desert.
The desert has plenty of insects and arthropods that are food for many lizards. Much of the water needed by the lizard is in the food they eat.
water and food
yes there is, you can get the water from the cactus.
Let's not find out! Lack of water, sandstorms, heatstroke (depends on the desert), and in Antarctica (yes it's a desert), you might get hypothermia. Don't go there in the first place, die, or bring enough supplies.
Kangaroo rats of the North American Deserts are able to extract enough moisture from the food they eat and can go a life time without having to drink liquid water.
