Yes, the fourth book will be coming out on Febuary 16, 2010 and will be titled InkBirth.
I am pretty sure but i could be lying. I forget where i got this info. go check it out in your lybrary's and see. If it's not there in a month or so i guess I'm wrong. PS if I'm wrong delete this answer!
