Well after Halo Wars was made Ensemble Studios the creator of Halo wars and the popular Age Of Empires Series shut down for some reason, so the chances of Halo Wars 2 are very slim but, they have passed the DLC for Halo Wars to another company so dont think all of the fun is over!
No, Bungie will not make a sequel to Halo: Reach. Halo reach was in fact a prequel, hence it cannot have a follow up, as it already exists as Halo: Combat Evolved. At 2011's E3, a trailer for the anniversary remake of Combat Evolved was released, as was a trailer for Halo 4. Combat Evolved is being made by Bungie, and Halo 4 by 343, which, as I understand it, is a company who branched off from Bungie.

Definitely Reach. Portal 2 was just awful. There was absolutely no action. Portal 2 was stupid and I could not get into it. Halo Reach is all action and fun.
