Left 4 Dead is available for Mac OS X, Xbox 360, and Microsoft Windows.
Left 4 dead.
Left 4 Dead 2 is not made specifically for mac, but if you use crossover games or cider on an Intel mac you can play PC games natively on mac. Alternatively, you can install windows through boot camp or a vurtial machine, but windows tends to be buggy and your computer may randomly shut down during game play, so stick with cider. From April 2010 Left 4 Dead 2 will be available for the Mac via Steam. (See links below)
You can't get it for PS3. It's only available for the PC, Mac and Xbox 360.
No, Left 4 Dead 3 is not coming out. There is only Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2. Both fun games.

They (Valve and Havok) haven't announced a left 4 Dead 4, but they have announced a Left 4 Dead 3 coming out in 2011.
You can't get The Passing on Left 4 Dead 1. It is only a DLC for Left 4 Dead 2.
Not Left 4 Dead 1 or 2, but Valve and Havok announced the Haggard in Left 4 Dead 3.
Left 4 Dead is quite a good game if you like shooting zombies in an online mmo style. But, if you already have left 4 dead, you should get left 4 dead 2.
