Is this a third nipple Below my right breast I have what appears to be a small brown mole. Its very hard and pointy and bleeds when I try to pull it off. Its much smaller than the others?

It sounds like a mole. You shouldn't try to remove it because moles have their own blood supply. Go to the doctor and tell him you are considering having the mole removed and he will let you know what your options are.
