Neither one seems to have any connection with benzodiazepine. Is she on a sleeping pill? Also the general test that tests positive for benzodiazepine is basically a screening test. Benzodiazepine is an acceptable prescription medicine for a few weeks for specific conditions. Long term, it has horrible effects. She may have been on it for a specific reason for a week or two and a little could still be in her system. Two medicines could cause a false positive. Only a more specific but more expensive test could tell for sure.
No they don't test for Zoloft. BTW you can take Zoloft and be in the Military up to a certain MG.
Yes, High amounts of Vistaril and Zoloft come back positive for benzo deravatives in urine tests. I have recently experienced this problem. You can test positive for benzos up to two months in your urine after coming off of Vistaril. Yes, High amounts of Vistaril and Zoloft come back positive for benzo deravatives in urine tests. About a month into my perscription of Zoloft -as it built up in my system, I started to drop dirty for pcp.
there are not of the same family, so it shouldn't.
No. Zoloft is an SSRI antidepressant. Valium is a benzodiazepine. Most drug tests check for benzodiazepines.
No, diazepam is a benzodiazepine whereas Requip is an anti-Parkinson's drug. Requip works primarily on dopamine receptors in the central nervous system. Diazepam works on benzodiazepine receptors on GABA neurons. It is thought that Requip may have negligible activity at other GABA sites, but this is not its main mechanism of action. In terms of toxicity screen, I have not found data stating that Requip will give a false positive for benzos. High concentrations of fenoprofen, flurbiprofen, indomethacin, ketoprofen, and tolmetin (these are NSAIDS) may give a false-positive result by a TDx assay. Sertraline (Zoloft) may cause a false-positive urinary benzodiazepine assay using the original cloned enzyme donor immunoassay system
I use to be on Lamactil and my test came false positive for benopines.
No, they don't test for drugs that are not scheduled. (regularly abused drugs are scheduled, that is why they test for them; Scheduled 1-4 depending on abuse potential) Zoloft is not a benzodiazepine and they do not drug test for it.
No. It is very unlikely for one drug to cause a false positive on a drug screen for any other substance. Drug screens test for metabolites of specific drugs. All drug tests have a rating based on specificity and sensitivity. The higher the sensitivity, the lower the specificity. Basically it is only possible to have a false positive by using another drug that is very chemically similar to the positive test. These drugs are not chemically similar.
Zoloft is the brand name for Sertraline hydrochloride. It is in the SSRI drug class (selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor). These drugs are believed to restore the chemical balance among neurotransmitters in the brain. These medications are prescribed to treat depression, OCD, PTSD and others by altering the uptake of seratonin.
No.Opiates are Narcotics. Zoloft is not a narcotic.
when will zoloft work for me 2months
