No not at all unless the hot dog bread was made with milk. But no worries most of them are not. I am lactose intolerant myself an have eaten plenty of Hot Dogs and have never bee bothered by one.

The best choice would be turkey or chicken breast on wheat bread. You could add tomato, lettuce..veggies ect... but would recommend mustard over mayo.
You can buy salads, but skip the ranch dressing! Skip the ketchup, mayo, mustard, and other condiments. Try lean foods like chicken and turkey instead of the fattier meats. Overall cut down on the fat.
