You would have to find corn flour that has been certified kosher for Passover. Outside of Israel that is very unlikely as corn belongs to the category of kitniyot and is not eaten by Ashkenazi Jews during Passover.

That depends on which rabbi you ask. Anything with wheat, oats, rye, barley or spelt (Russian winter wheat) is forbidden by the Torah. Any sort of grain that will "rise" or ferment is banned; these grains can only be eaten during Passover if they have been baked into matzoh within 18 minutes.

Ashkenazim also volutarily forbid corn, rice and legumes, while Sephardim generally do not. So if you follow Ashkenazic tradition, corn flour or corn meal would not be kosher for Passover. And while many Sephardic rabbis would allow corn as a vegetable, grinding it into flour and using it for baking might violate the spirit, if not the letter, of the law.

Do jews eat pasta during passover?

Due to the prohibition against unleavened bread, raw flour cannot be used during Passover. In order to be used for Passover, dough has to be thoroughly cooked within 18 minutes of the flour being mixed with water. When pasta is made, water is mixed with flour and the formed pasta is left to dry without being cooked and therefore is not allowed. There are kosher for Passover pastas that are made with potato starch/flour.

What kinds of foods are kosher for Passover?

They are foods without Chametz. Chametz is anything with flour that was let to rise. Kosher for Passover food must also be processed within 18 minutes so the dough doesn't have time to rise. It also has to be uncontaminated with dough that is not kosher for passover anymore and there needs to be a thorough cleaning between each batch.
