Is using a hot towel then applying acne pads to the skin afterwards good I am what i would consider acne prone And i feel there isn't much i can do oh and i am a guy?

By applying a hot towel you may cause your pores to open up. This can be good in order to clean out the pores and get the tiny particles that cause acne. If you then apply your acne medicine your chances of having a clearer face are much more likely.
