yes it is... there are certain actions that ought to be done in private and not to be exposed to others... in the past that was followed but no anymore cuz people tend to think "its alright.." or "whats wrong" or "what harm does it do" :/... well you see that even the action "kissing" is indeed to private only to the husband and wife... and its alright for you to do it to your husband/wife.. but it is indeed not allowed to watched another person do it.. its haram to watch or see other people engage in such actions...
