Not getting enough water to drink will also cause your metabolism to slow down. This can result in not having enough energy and feeling depressed
Most of us don't realize that the messages our brain sends that we are hungry are often actually urges for water. If you eat more than you should, try drinking a full glass of water when you feel hungry. Chances are the hunger pangs will diminish. This is because your body was actually thirty rather than hungry. If you are truly hungry those pangs will continue and then you should eat something.Wiki User
