Sounds more to me like a radiator problem.
Sounds like a head gasket problem to me in the least. If the overheating caused the leak then you may have to check the radiator, thermostat and water pump as well. Good luck.
Sounds to me like a cracked head and or a blown head gasket, i had a similar problem but it was on a Saturn
Flush the radiator and engine. Check for water in the oil (milky oil) or radiator always needs a little water the water is being boiled off when it leaks from the head. A blown head gasket could be the problem. If this is the problem get head gasket sealer additive, change oil and filter, add the additive and drive for about 5 miles. Keep checking the oil and radiator till the head gasket is sealed completely. May take a week or so.
Water pump out, ruptured tank on radiator, or head gasket blown probably in that order.
There might be a leak in the water pump, or in the radiator. Maybe even check the radiator hoses for cracks and leaks.
sounds like you have a cracked head or cracked block.however, i would check to make sure it is not transmission oil and thereby ruling out a radiator problem
Water in oil is a strong sign of a blown head gasket. If you notice any white smoke coming from your tail pipe or, if you take off the radiator cap, after the car has been running it will "gurgle"-another sign of a blown gasket.
Radiator hoses, radiator, thermostat gasket,
did you try replaceing the thermostat or radiator or even check the hoses
blown head gasket
When there is no water in the radiator, a car can overheat. Serious damage can occur like a blown head gasket an warping if one drives for a long time without placing water in the radiator.
you mean like overheating? could be a number of problems, radiator leak, radiator broke, radiator fan, leaky hose, broken water pump, broken head or head gasket, or the car running to lean.
