I would take it to be a 4 Door Sedan, Special Edition, Rear Wheel Drive.
Mercedes did not provide a dipstick to measure the transmission fluid for these cars. Their thinking is that this should be checked by the dealer for a more accurate reading. However one can be purchased, but a dust cover is not an intergal part of this measuring tool and it is not designed to stay in the car 100% of the time. There is a small cover and plastic latch specifically designed for this purpose.
